your daily reminder to give homeless people cash instead of food, as they aren't sure if it's tampered with and will sometimes result in wasted food and a hungry stomach :(
Speaking of this, when I used to be financially okay I would give cash to the local homeless people in my community. But I can no longer do this as its just difficult to give away money, I have huge sympathy for the homeless cuz my family was homeless. People often ask "just give them food" in a mean way, but your right they aren't aware if its tampered or not. Just give them food or items they are requesting if
They are asking for specific things. Also some homeless people cant go in stores/restaurants so they ask for food (idk i seen it often in my city). But this is a very good reminder/good comment. Helping out when you can is a very good thing.
i totally agree @ruralrose; although I thankfully don't experience homelessness in my city, people who do need to hear this message as it's not commonly known.
Also if you can, always tell them to search for a Catholic Church. Our doors are always open to those in need, we have programs to help the homeless and those in poverty.

i feel so bad for homeless people
A member of my family once went homeless after some conflict but she’s in an apartment now. I hope she gets to keep residency.
