It has come to my attention that an impersonator has been creating fraudulent websites posing as me in an attempt to sell fake cryptocurrency products.
Please be advised that I do not sell or engage in any cryptocurrency related activities. My legitimate websites are https://onge.org/ and https://ongezell.com/. Any other websites or links claiming affiliation with me is fake.

Can't believe people are still finding random neocities cryptocurrencies man, most of them were uploaded mid-october :( Legit been thinking about adding a full on "legal" section to my site because of this

I added a big ass disclaimer on the first page of my website. I'll probably make some url checker to make sure the page only loads within my url, that way if these mfs steal it it will just not load the website.

I've been thinking about doing that too!!! Not sure how to approach it though since JS scripts can easily be edited and/or deleted. Only solution would be to add the url checker to some other script and obfuscate everything altogether. But then again people can just ctrl+s on every page to download them, and then kinda jerry rig everything together :/

Often there is this misconception that being on neocities and bringing back an "old web" feel means relying solely on coding/graphic design principles rooted in the late 90s. What it is truly about is unique sites like yours, which bring back this sense of exploration and wonder by doing new and exciting things. This is really cool.
