actually i have a dumb question: like what entails a "shrine" for you guys? for ages i've kind of messed around with the idea of coding shrines but sometimes i feel like it's so hard to actually sit down and like seriously talk about how much i like something without it just being incoherent screaming and images. i guess its why even though i wanted to make a ygo shrine i just never did.
I consider them like scrapbook pages which is why I called/categorized them as such. I dunno! I only have a couple and they have a specific purpose (loose collection of stuff relating to an Animal Crossing AU that I made some stuff for, photographs of my IRL vaporeon collection).
honestly i’m still kinda figuring that out myself… i guess it’s like a love letter of things u like? and pictures/things associated with it, or a remake (in my case of wanting to remake flight rising’s layout for my shrine for it/goatlings as well). writing words for it hard tho
You can always just write the incoherent ramblings and edit it afterwards. I'm kinda just documenting what I do in game, but lots of images in between sections is good too.
same as zhongvie, for me it's like a tribute and you can do whatever you want in it. the only rule is that you're showing your love. you want to do a "bio" page? amazing. you've done fanart and want to post it somewhere? perfect! it's a game you love and want to do a recreation of it? have fun!
anyways someone told me i should seriously make a yume shrine and im just here like sweating profusely

im with zhongvie on this one, i always thought of shrines as personal love letters to the stuff you like or love. it's how I've done mine at least.
