I consider them like scrapbook pages which is why I called/categorized them as such. I dunno! I only have a couple and they have a specific purpose (loose collection of stuff relating to an Animal Crossing AU that I made some stuff for, photographs of my IRL vaporeon collection).

honestly i’m still kinda figuring that out myself… i guess it’s like a love letter of things u like? and pictures/things associated with it, or a remake (in my case of wanting to remake flight rising’s layout for my shrine for it/goatlings as well). writing words for it hard tho

im with zhongvie on this one, i always thought of shrines as personal love letters to the stuff you like or love. it's how I've done mine at least.

You can always just write the incoherent ramblings and edit it afterwards. I'm kinda just documenting what I do in game, but lots of images in between sections is good too.

same as zhongvie, for me it's like a tribute and you can do whatever you want in it. the only rule is that you're showing your love. you want to do a "bio" page? amazing. you've done fanart and want to post it somewhere? perfect! it's a game you love and want to do a recreation of it? have fun!

might fix formatting later uhh lmao i realized i didn't rlly upload it oops
return to oblivion on loop moment.
really? as someone who's tired of how baby easy FFXIV has been made I feel like these changes have a lot of potential, especially with actually making each class feel unique again instead of feeling too samey
@bootlegdomain: I disagree. I think they lower the skill floor even more than it's ever been. The idea that we're taking utility and condensing it down to "less buttons" and allowing freeform rotations doesn't reward people who put in the effort to learn said rotations and perform them in high end content. the fact that u even get a potency boost from the new system proves that.
like, they were doing stuff like adding damage to white mage healing skills, reducing the 2 shield abilities into 1 (and everyone claimed 'they don't do much different' but as someone who raids on whm i value having them both for endgame), and theyre making temperance the same as expedience. its not making classes feel unique. its making them feel homogenized more than ever.
especially when you factor in party buffs being taken away. hell, i'd argue that strips astrologian from its identity entirely. as they do with ast like every expac so far.
like idk this game is just moving in a direction that myself and a lot of other people i know who raid are all very frustrated with. we're finally given kefka ultimate but we got hit with a backhand as well. like, i hate to sound rude but as i said, they cater to the skill floor, but it doesn't feel like they cater to the skill ceiling. and that ceiling is kinda caving in on itself.
