there's conflicting information online about this robots.txt stuff, like robotstxt.org says to allow a crawler you just do "Disallow: " but the one Neocities dropped uses Allow

i think they just changed their widget format lol
i don't think they did but have no idea why its not working on my site(on my end) though it works on my local server
