create checkpoints. i'm assuming this project is a big thing, and that's what's stopping your mind. if you need it by the end of the week, set daily intervals on what to do. break it up into little chunks so it's easier for your brain to start. hardest part is starting.

def agree with creating checkpoints. i have adhd & something that really helps me with completing big projects is breaking it down into small parts. when the end goal feels insurmountable, the project feels impossible (or, at least, really hard to complete) & that makes it take longer. but when i create little goals (or checkpoints, as arandomsite so aptly called them), things get done more easily & quickly.

I remember when I did so much work and research for an SCP OC for an RP only to have the person ghost me 🥲
@thegreatpretender02 you could put that SCP OC on your website or integrate it into an SCP narrative. it seems interesting (to me) and I don't want that to go to waste! :D
