create checkpoints. i'm assuming this project is a big thing, and that's what's stopping your mind. if you need it by the end of the week, set daily intervals on what to do. break it up into little chunks so it's easier for your brain to start. hardest part is starting.
def agree with creating checkpoints. i have adhd & something that really helps me with completing big projects is breaking it down into small parts. when the end goal feels insurmountable, the project feels impossible (or, at least, really hard to complete) & that makes it take longer. but when i create little goals (or checkpoints, as arandomsite so aptly called them), things get done more easily & quickly.
also!!!! please be kind to yourself <3 i know idk you but i promise you are not a lazy piece of oxygen. life is hard, doing work is hard, the world sucks rn, i don't care who you are, you're probably facing SOMETHING that's making doing work hard. so be gentle with yourself. you got this!!!!
