also the music player cant play spotify links (it only takes direct mp3, wav, or ogg links)

I've been through a corporate rebranding as a pro web dev & there's usually a focus on specific consistent details like your use of specific border radius combinations to establish a visual identity (which is then used across websites and emails and so forth). That's a solid development/design technique. :)
