Dammer. An "Early" Zep. Gotta watch these guys. Didn't hear the "Bonham Feel"... but have yet to look. A VERY good share, man!

Hey, what's up? The weekend is here. Think I may actually get out of the apartment and check out Balboa Park tomorrow - see if any of the museums are free. One thing I miss about living near DC is that the Smithsonian and the National Zoo are free - oh, and it's got a subway. Every civilized place should have one. Was thinkin' about you the last few days. How ya been? Having summer fun yet?

Sounds like a plan, man. Various museums and zoos used to be free or donation. Long ago at a zoo, I got ticked at how bored the lions were. Could see the disgust in people and the lions. So, I paced back and forth (aka: "Hide And Peek"). Yup, it worked. It wasn't really a tease. The male perked up and checked me out. The females got up as the male booked it to play. Just got them all playin', ya know? All was happy.

Yup, been to DC ('96). Drove all over in a rental. Made a goofy "picture series" with my finger up my nose in front of... well, everything. Got vid of most stuff, too. Was with my ex-wife. I gotta find that. Funny; "Hicks in DC"... 'til they drove to parts unknown! Ha! ;)

That's cool, with the lion. I like to play/interact with things that way too.Didn't make it to the zoo -- too pricey for today. They do have some lovely gardens in the park and a bit of old Spanish architecture, so I wandered about through them. Also checked out the small Air and Space Museum they have. Just couldn't resist, being that I'm sortb of a NASA freak. :) All in all it was a good day. :)

Aw, you NASA geek-freak! Umm, lemmie take some picks of all my "Space Race" collectibles. Sucks they're seemingly worthless, but I'm not lettting them go. ISS? Keeping tabs.

This is a good set here, in three parts, detailing the actual origins and growth of the physical internet(as opposed to the Web). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UStbvRnwmQ
Sorry for the late reply, and thank you! It means a lot to me, seeing how it's my favorite site theme so far.
Oh, no worries, there's no "late" here. We're just relaxin' on Web 1.0 time....http://languagesinitiative.ie/media/com_mtree/images/listings/o/2276.jpeg
