Latest was 15h ago on my end: "Some new drawings and a couple other small updates". I remember encountering a similar issue before. It would show up immediately in one RSS reader, and took like a day to appear in a different one when testing. Not sure why this happens though. btw badass art as always!
Here it shows "Some new drawings and a couple other small updates", from November 8. The earlier entry is named the same, but it has different content. W3C Feed Validator may help: https://validator.w3.org/feed/
Belatedly, but thanks all of you for responding. Pardon my slow acknowledgement, got hectic busy right after posting this.
Added a new sketchbook scan of a skrunkly air pirate. Also some other minor Personal/Socmedia section updates. Been recently dipping my toes into Hugo to see if I can speed up my site management with it.
NEW ART! Some other minor tweaks. Also updated my Tools page to include the incredible new mechanical pencil I've been using. Over the near future I'll look into setting up a blog, links page, how-to-indieweb page, and guestbook.
@onegezell hey thanks a bunch, always encouraging to hear feedback like that
Would love to see a how-to-indieweb page in the future. You offered some really helpful coding resources.
yeah it sucks that nobody discovers pages anymore thru search engines. But in my experience having a lovingly crafted & unique/memorable page gets way more visits and email newsletter signups than when I had a ho hum Linktree/Carrd thing.
Minor update to my linktree. Will have another update later today/this weekend with some new art and other small touches.
I do it manually with each entry being its own page, though I reuse the HTML each time. There's room for it being more fancy but I keep it simple since blogging isn't a huge focus for me.
Awesome, thanks for the feedback both of you. If anyone else has info to share I'm all ears. Currently looking into Hugo and other static page generators, something I have no familiarity with... Seems useful maybe.
I'm redoing my blog, still don't know if I will change this, but until now it was made by each entry manually.
Thank you for your words. your illustrations are fantastic, expressive and fluid, reminded me a lot of the likes of N.C. Wyeth and Scott Wills.
aw thank you so much! :D
my pleasure. for real it give such joy and encouragement to my ANCIENT Millennial's eyes to see younger folks excited about indieweb and personal sites again.
