I started watching it this evening and it's wonderful. I haven't really seen anything else from Ken Burns yet as famous as he is, but episode 1 is great. Very moving.

I watched about half of the first episode last night. I'm also really digging it. The show seems to be very well done and with a lot of depth. :)

This reminded me of the story of Nimue, The Lady of the Lake. Specifically the song Karliene made about it a few years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NcgP7b-Eak. I had an idea for a board game once based on it as well but it would take a lot of work to find the notes for it.
