As a long-term insomniac, I find that I sleep best nocturnally from late spring through summer and early autumn, then diurnally from mid-autumn through to mid-spring. Perhaps seasonal factors are also among your somnial influences. I hope that your legs feel better, or shall soon.

rbuchanan -> since the embarrassment of delta 1141 (in the 80s) a law was put in place restricting the public access of cvr audios, but audios before the law (+ a few that slip through the cracks) can be listened to. transcripts are easier to get ahold of. im listening through the internet archive, but im sure there are other sources.
