Where did you get that tasteful "NEW" button to go alongside your pages? I like it! Might use it for the next time I put up a blog post (or ever finish the Retro GUI guide...)

That Zeiss Contina looks really familiar. I think my dad had one just like it years ago. He was a photography buff and was in the army stationed in germany around 1960 or so. Had a bunch of cool old cameras and photography gear. They definitely don't make 'em like that anymore.

No, they don't. Even my cameras from the '80s can't match the heft and solidity of these older mid-century ones.
