So, we're having Friendsgiving today and each of us is baking/cooking a dish. I've got a nice sweet potato cassarole about to go in the oven. made an "icing" of brown sugar and flour to go over the top with mini-marshmallows. I know it's not a difficult dish, but the closest I ever get to "baking" is throwing a plate of pizza bites in the microwave. So, it's a happy acheivement for me. :) But pizza bites still
