I love the pokemon themed game boy color! If you want the pictures of the screen to be in grayscale press left + b during the game boy boot.

I don't know how I would deal with the prospect of compulsory military service; I too might have health issues to fall back on, but at the same time I like to keep myself fit...

Very nice Game boy camera! Hopefully the battery is still good in it. What model of Game boy are you trying to find for it?

I'm leaning towards a Gameboy Color, but anything is fine as long as it works. Hopefully battery replacement isn't too much of a chore since I'm not the handy type. (although this might be a good reason to become one)

when i replaced the battery in my zelda cartridge i just (gently) ripped it out and taped in a supermarket cell and it worked

if you line it up just right, you might be able to scale a photo of the screen down to gameboy size and mess with contrast to get 4 shades, hope you stay safe
