added some of the wonderful book covers from little pixel library to my toybox (hard refresh may be in order)
new blog post inspired by divergentrays' weekly wrap-up. in which i'm still devastated about wheel of time and multiple other things, but at least i read some books and played some things, i guess
I am tickled to have inspired someone! Lovely post and your new craft basket is so awesome!
@divergentrays thank you <3 I love reading your posts and I admire your dedication to putting them out weekly!
plus i made two book covers for little pixel library, so i added those to my creations page (https://notprincehamlet.neocities.org/creations)
I really love your postcrossing pages, i have never been to a meet up myself but i love to see the cards and other peoples collections!
@manonamora thank you so much!! it took ages to make, so i'm really glad you like it <33
@mochimomo thank you! <33 i've been to a couple of irl and virtual meetings, they're pretty fun! sometimes people bring their postcard binders for others to browse through - that was my favorite part tbh
Beautiful!! Iβd love to attend a postcrossing meetup someday, theyβre just so rarely close to me! I always love receiving meetup cards though, I like seeing the unique inked stamps people use
Postcrossing seems like so much fun, I wanna try it! Your book covers are GORGEOUS, love the Rebecca one in particular!! ;w;
@coffeeplant aw, i hope you'll get to attend one! it's been quite some time since i've been to a meetup, but scanning the cards made me want to go again :') and yes, the ink stamps are so cute!
@inkcaps do it, it's so fun!! :D and thank you! i spent quite some time on the rebecca cover and i love how it turned out too <3
added two new cross-stitch projects and yet another station archives entry!
WHAAAAAT the barn you made is SO COOL!! This is my first time seeing a 3D cross stitch project and I'm totally impressed!! It doesn't look wonky at all, it's super cute * __ *
@inkcaps thank you <333 i love how it turned out (despite the wonkiness), but it was a bit tedious to assemble. the magazine i got the pattern from also has a more elaborate 3d haunted house, but i don't think i'll be attempting that one in the near future :')
another station archive entry + updated the read what you own page with some of the books i've read!
This is a really great challenge, I should try out myself! What are your favorites that you've read so far for it?? :o
@sarah oh, that's a good question! i've yet to read a book for this challenge that would REALLY knock my socks off, but some of the ones i liked are among others (an unexpected gem tbh) and the one that isn't on the list yet: handling the undead by john ajvide lindqvist!
new station archives entry and small additions to the halloween sticker and pinback collections <3
(can't participate myself because my country has never had prime in the first place, soooo)
i do, in fact, think about things other than wheel of time! can't remember what those things are, but i for sure think about them!
