regarding your lack of movement, even just getting up from your relaxed position to stretch, walk around a bit, and breathe a little is enough to get your blood flowing and help you feel less stagnant. if you can muster it, take a walk around the block - it's still exercise even if it's lowkey. wishing you lots of peace, i'm currently quite depressed myself, so i empathize a lot with you. <3
