Sounds cool, though wouldn't it be more efficient to just download the entire site if you plan to allow visiting sites without internet connection (and just make it so theres no limitations on files or it allows MP3/MP4 and other file-types like .7z)

so it just links to base64 data uris? neat feature, but couldnt that already be done on neocities with regular anchor tags? or maybe does it packege it in a nice way using service workers? sorry still dunno what you mean
