on that note, have you narrowed your search terms? like are you looking for serif, sans serif, monospace, slab, geometric, that sort of stuff

oh and as a sidenote, if you use google fonts, pls download them and host them. using them directly from google as a host is a form of voluntary tracking. :/

solaria made this awesome reference page for fonts on google: https://solaria.neocities.org/guides/fonts there are different categories for styles and everything. also i second what hypercrites said about self hosting the files

Mainly from other neocities people, lots of people have font databases on here, or at least link back to where they found their font (which is usually a from a smaller database). Otherwise dafont is probably the best

If you enjoy pixel fonts/retro PC style fonts, The Ultimate Oldschool PC Font Pack (https://int10h.org/oldschool-pc-fonts/) is a treasure trove. I've also found some good stuff on 1001fonts and Google Fonts.

i loved reading what you said about malevolent! i listened to it a couple years back and was totally obsessed, but dropped off around season five and have always wanted to come back to it. i think this might be the thing to push me to finish it, although i'll definitely have to emotionally prepare first lol

this podcast was so detrimental to my mental health and i loved it so fucking bad. i've never had something stress me out so much that i had to pause it and do laps to calm down. i am going to miss it dearly :(

@myrtletribe omg please it is one of the best pods i have ever listened to in my life
Heyy. How do you manage that you site scales as one entity and keeps its exact layout intact not matter how zoomed in or out it is? Every time I try to do that, zooming in an out also moves individual parts of my site around in ways they aren't supposed to.
@fishforfree hey! that's because the site has a fixed width using a wrapper div! whole site is set to 500px wide (or 800px for my main pages) so it won't scale at all :) super nice & easy guide here: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/css/wrapper-in-css/
Thank you for the help^^
