i like how the pixel portrait turned out and i disagree with your desicion to reject that "reading 2021" sketch
I think I could do better with the "Reading" one. Not to say that it's bad, but the next time I try it it'll probably look better.
you can use CSS "image-rendering: pixelated" to make the pixel portrait pixelated
