i figured out why the XP.css wasn't working. i needed to use all caps for the xp part AAAAH

ok i have it so that my eepsite reduces the number of connections when idle. so hopefully that'll work

i think self hosting over i2p slowed down my computer. why do i say that? because my computer just crashed for the 1st time in months after switching to linux mint xfce which is supposed to be lightweight

i might wanna change the xp-themed pages to 98.css just because the xp.css isn't working on the eepsite/mirrored website EDIT: i changed the xp-themed pages but only on the eepsite

i just downloaded the css files for my xp & win98 themed pages. i'm gonna wait until later to set up the i2p mirror. i already copied my files over to the i2p web server's eepsite folder. but i'm too lazy to worry about the rest right now
