Those people are so insane!! I don't get what it is, but I have the same bad luck with going somewhere bc I hear only praises and good reviews, only to go there and be absolutely dazzled by HOW those incompetent pricks get even a single good review! I hope your hamster recovers and is okay :(
YEAH, it sucks so bad... i hate feeling like i failed somewhere along the way or like i was actually being too uptight or something but... urgh. it sucks! thank you so much! thankfully he seems to be responding to the meds well and i'm hoping we can both put all of this behind us soon!
