windows 12 is real and its so much worse than i could have ever imagined, if you thought the TPM 2.0 requirement was annoying, now it will apparently "need" an NPU for their ai slop, also apparently it will be subscription based (somehow) :(

i havent heard about this but win11 is bad enough on its own that everyone who follows me should definitely install at least linux mint right now. ideally debian but we'll just do mint for starters.

ughhh same... :( i dont even live in a country with compulsory face scanning but like it seems like everyone suddenly wants people to do this. "you must allow PhrenologyAI to measure your skull to continue. if you do not agree, discontinue use of this service immediately". corporate feudal state can go fuck itself.
