Upon further reflection, I feel called to add that...Loneliness is a natural reaction to alienation. Despite that, it is important to guard our hearts, minds, and bodies from the things that will probably only increase feelings of emptiness and meaninglessness. I am proud of you for drinking less and staying consistent with the French. ๐ซ
