hope u are doing well man-- re: job search. not remote, but have you ever looked into test proctor positions? they tend to like people coming from educational backgrounds. usually cities will have one or two locations. easy (albeit low paying) desk job

Thank you :) All's well, I just need to find the motivation to really start the search. This is the first time since college that I haven't had another job lined up before quitting. I have some savings, so I'm good for a bit. Probably not something I should admit, but I really don't want to work. Guess that's not too rare a feeling, but the intensity with which I feel it has increases a lot in the last few years.

I haven't thought of that. Will definitely look into it. I used to proctor SAT tests for extra cash when I worked at a bigger suburban high school.

Thank you both :) She was such a sweet cat. We had a Pomeranian at the time named Buddy (he predated me by a few years) who she became quick friends with. You can see a picture of them together a few posts down. The kids who threw her over the fence tried to poison the dogs a few days later. Living around feuding neighbors isn't fun.
