i love your shrine for catholic artifacts, i'm in the same boat as a non-believer and collector. I think its because i'm an outsider that i find them so beautiful and interesting... such a rich visual and symbolic history! definitely inspired me to think about putting up a shrine for my collection :) cheers!

and Maurice Denis mention !! yippie!! I so agree with your writings in the shrine.. ive had similar feelings.. a couple years ago ive made a bacchante headdress of fabric grapes and - leaves but it has been stuck in wip hell for an eternity now.. if I had an occasion (such as a bacchanalia..) to wear it to I bet it wouldve been finished by now..

@blamensir Maurice Denis is so underrated!!! And I've thought about throwing a bacchanal. I love the idea of getting together with friends outdoors, drinking wine, dancing like crazy, and eating lots of fruit (and hopefully not tearing anyone apart with our bare hands). I'd love to see your headdress when you get around to finishing it :-)
