pick th e flattest, simplest, artworks to be dyesplayed. And i also feel my art is too "weird" unconventional. Me no want money, so thats not a point of contention foe me. But im not sure.Have you people ever presented at a gallery? Any kind of gallery?

If we're assuming you live in an accessible area with many opportunities for artists then sky's the limit. I've seen many people host their own events through renting a space for a week or simply joining mass collaborative events with many people showing their art of all skill levels at once for a day or two. I'm confident you will find an in-person audience but you should think about how you'll present your work.

I apologize if what I've said isn't helpful, the whole process is straightforward but can easily get nuanced depending on what issues come up (be it costs, the host, the location itself, etc.). What's familiar to you and what's still foreign? I'm sure you can get your foot in the door by talking to other artists and gallery hosts in your area.

(illegible ^) The idea of an in-person gallery dedicated to neocities artists sounds fun. I wonder how much you could mess with it if you allow the showcase to be interactive (might require some more-elaborate-than-usual planning though).

A website is a collection of webpages. Therefore, I've always considered what I have being a 'website.'
