they keep you working a certain amount of hours to keep you tired enough to not look for better opportunities, but still rested enough to keep on working. then they provide poison to take the pain away.

if its any consolation, according to the prussian police, marx spent a lot of time drinking and sleeping, only to spend extended periods reading and writing without eating, resting, or sleeping. your position in the proletariat gives you a better place from which to investigate through the medium of dialectical materialism, to help develop new theory for your conditions

its a dillemma im in all the time, the only thing that has consitiently helped me is becoming an obsessive gym rat but that only works if ur job is mostly labor

around 100 pages can range from interesting experiment to writer-defining, 200 pages is when you have something to stay but not enough to warrant overstaying your welcome, more than 300 and it better be a magnum opus worthy of the Library of Babel
