@parana-ciberdelia I was assuming it was for college! They basically do a security deposit for the dorms, but they call it a different name.

@garfriend, thanks! Here in Brazil we usually don't have college dorms. Sometimes you'll get free housing, but usually most people need to find something outside campus.
