do any of you have any favorite books adapted from a video game series? i rewatched brian david gilbert's video on reading all of the halo novels and a couple of them seemed interesting to me but im curious about y'alls experiences
Not really an "adaptation" as much as a prequel, but Ghosts of Ascalon is the first of set of 3 novels set before the events of the MMO Guild Wars 2, which I was an ardent player of. Unfortunately I can't really recommend the 2nd and 3rd installments (all entirely different stories, 2nd is especially bad and was outsourced to some non-GW2 writer).
I only have books that remind me of certain games, sadly..
what books and what games?
i love the assassins creed books but im not gonna claim that they are of high quality haha
pretty obvious, but Dr Jerkyll and Mr Hyde - Bloodborne for one !
