seeing a grey background on another Neocitzen's wrap-around graphic for an old Netscape browser inspired this idea to use a shade of grey, since it used grey by default on pages without a chosen background color.

well, sometimes we just gotta spell things out. my extensive use of MP3 files inspired me to also create usernames on online communities that also reference musician Suzanne Vega, since that musician was known as "mother of the MP3" by some. She barely gets respect these days, and her 60th birthday is in 4 days.
