DONT EVEN JOKE. im so mad i was out of the obsession when the new songs n shit were coming out, i feel so late to the party 😭
Yooo same here! I didn't listen to the newer albums as they were coming out and I'm barely finding out the saga's been complete. (I'm hoping it's not tho T.T) it was so fun seeing people piece the clues together!
ooooh thanks for the heads up, i haven't watched that one as much as kung fu hustle!! i should give it another watch
I definitely recommend watching it again! This might be my 3rd time (I think) watching Shaolin Soccer lol and it's just as good as I remember!
to ppl who have both the business and hobbies pack, and for rent packs: is it worth it? I've been wanting to get them for a while now but I need to try them out myself before purchasing ya know
I feel like you gotta do some warhammer tech priest stuff
If you have another (intact) copy, you can use the checksums of the two files to see if it really is corruption, or something else. As for data recovery, you can try and use DMDE. And for the future, I would strongly suggest having at least two copies of your important files, and to NOT use flash drives (which often use low quality NAND for storage) exclusivley
@webbersite I unfortunately do not have another copy, that flashdrive was my only one. I needed it for school and I've been using it ever since. I've tried chkdsk, but I couldn't get it to work. I tried repairing it and it really didn't do it
@webbersite Whoops I pressed enter kinda early, but I did try to find the cause. It's just my files load super slowly, but I managed to check my Website Decor folder and that's where I saw the weird symbols. I tried to delete it, but Windows gave me an error message. I'm not so torn about losing my Decor folder since I do have a copy of that. I just don't want to lose my other files in the process.
@webbersite Apologies if I'm gabbing on, I was planning to buy a new flashdrive. But then I saw your message so I'm holding off on the search for a new drive. What would you recommend? I'm unfamiliar with that sorta stuff
My advice for right now would be to make a full copy of all the files on your flashdrive ASAP, and save that copy on another storage drive (such as your computer's hard disk, Google Drive, etc.)
Regarding a replacement, it depends on your budget: I'd recommend getting an external hard drive (I personally use a 1TB Western Digital SSD). If that's too expensive for you, get a decently sized flash drive from a name brand like SanDisk or Samsung.
Lastly, for preventing data loss, you'd ideally want at least two or three copies of every piece of data (yes, EVERYTHING) you can't stand to lose. There's a lot of software out there that can help with this too. lmk if you need more help with anything I've said so far lol
@webbersite I'm sorry for the late response! I'm going to shop for a flashdrive. I found some of my files have been corrupted unfortunately, but hopefully it won't extend to my art or comic folder. Is it safe to move my uncorrupted folders to another disk or is it better to just leave them there, just in case? I never had to deal with corrupted files before, I'm not sure what to do :<
Moving corrupted files/folders to another drive won't "spread the corruption" if that's what you're worried about. I'd suggest copying all your files from the old to the to the new flash drive, and leave the files as they are on the old flash drive. That way you'll have two copies; if the old drive fails, you'll have the new one, and vice versa.
