ACCIDENTALLY DELETED SOMEONES REPLY TO THIS. I ALWAYS FORGET NEOCITIES IS LIKE THAT. thank you for your reply i think it may have been the site cowgrls. they said it takes the original hosters bandwidth, i had no idea! thats good to know

The rough idea I have is that they say hotlinking uses the host’s bandwidth and it may slow their site or cost them money.
