I update mine every few days. You have to be really into it, I guess. (Second thoughts: you run a blog, you should be posting more often lol)

Not everyday; almost everyday. ;) I like people to see my site, & more people view it when I update.

Some days I just can't be bothered to update my site but then I think about those people who regularly visit my site. So thats how you stay motivated :)

everytime you click on the "Post" button really it means "Post a post with 3-5 likes". At least for me. B)
