it doesnt update that accurately it seems so i like to go to the websites list and use "last updated" instead

No worries - love your page design. Afraid the project is a bit corporate, but need to get it done, had the idea over a year ago but was no time at work for it - got the time now but no work, so decided I might as well see if it is possible. :)
