You make a page/site that involves the theme (this week it's halloween). You submit it before Sunday (EST), and people vote for the entry they like, and the winner gets a role on the server and their site added to the hall of fame. :)

I reached Infinity per click, then upgraded the second button till it cost Infinity and i had NaN clicks. I guess that means I won? :P

how did you fill in the dither patterns?
to finally answer your question I use Clipstudio Paint. And the patterns are small dither textures ( clipstudio link for example: https://assets.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=1719532 ) I also apply more dither through an option on Clipstudio when exporting my GIFs. but I'm sure if you google the software you use + “dither textures” you can find some to download
