hi, here's a very long update dog (i'll also default to using the neocities feed for an update log). i refreshed the css on all of my pages both for per-page consistency as well as being able to work on them without worrying about css breakage which stopped me from updating at some points. that's the big one

NEW CONTENT: mostly sections on the misc pages; some wigglypaint drawings i've done, a section for FM fanart (if you draw FM you should email me it so i can add it there!), and doing the mouseling 100 webmaster questions.
