there is nothing that makes me more mad is when I try to edit the code for something and I go to look at it on another tab, refresh, nothing changes!!!!! might just be my school's god awful wifi but whatever

it's your browser's cache! it's just loading from an old saved version of ur site because it's faster. look up how to hard refresh, that will refresh the page while ignoring your browser's cache.
