Remember that although imposter syndrome is an individual feeling it is also a byproduct of systemic factors like professional spaces built for other demographics, cultures that reward overproduction, and the monetization of self-expression. You can develop chronic stress if you don't learn to deal with it.

"mess up a little to remind yourself it's not a big deal" is my favourite advice, i feel like it would work for me even though i've never tried it

I also recently gorged at a Korean hotpot place. Probably ate more meat in that one meal than I had in the rest of the month combined. Delicious

just realized both the sites now have web on the end, guess that's my new thing
it's not really a complaint. it's actually a good thing to notice I think.
I'm trying to keep up with demand, but writing is hard!
I found that empty space felt incredibly uncomfortable at first. Recognizing the grip that it has on us is an important step. Some particularly worthwhile endeavors to help fill the space are physical, slow-paced things (going for a long walk, writing in a journal, reading a book, drawing, gardening). Anything where the feedback loop takes much more time than 2 seconds :)
@win1999 - yes thank you! sometimes I forget I just need to fill the space with something else. I did take a walk today although it was hot AF so I didn't like it, but that's still better than doing stuff I don't like on social media. @skep - #dobetter I'm struggling here. it's hot outside.
