oh i see where the confusion is, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) is the group active in electoral politics in Kerala whereas the CPI(Maoist) operates primarily in central India around Chhattisgarh and is a banned/illegal organization actively involved in guerilla warfare, i support the CPI(Maoist) primarily
