I have two Neocities pages set up to redirect to the actual site; i just manually update the redirects when needs be

I do wish I had the setup to self-host sometimes — my current hosts (Krystal.uk) are reasonably-priced but somewhat limited and i'm too nervous about faffing about wasting precious time/money on VPSes only to rage-quit like last time i tried aha

God damnit, we might not be good at art, or have weird esoteric political opinions on everything, or particularly care about anime or collecting the precise set of gifs to sum up an æsthetic, but making websites is still fun 😤

What the hell‽ I was going to add Radio.garden to the linkroll after years of keeping it off for being “too passé”, only to find out that you can't use it to listen to global stations in the UK anymore because of bogus copyright stuff >:(

I generally hate this type of “dickbar” (as John “Markdown Guy” Gruber named them) but, eh, when it's the sort of thing that directly threatens my site i'm willing to make an allowance… there’s a lot of old pages that are only backed up by the IA, and a lot of old out-of-print books i was only able to read because they let me borrow them!
