im nervous about getting on a plane again, my anxiety/agoraphobia is really bad but im even more nervous to miss my moms surgery. so i leave in a week and a half for texas. will be gone for up to 3 weeks. al;slkjfsdjf;l wish me luck bcuz im freaking out.

planes scare me and the advice ive heard/used is to listen to ur fav music/podcast/video whatever and save those before u do ur flight so u can listen to it offline, thats all ive gotten and ive only been on a plane twice and that has helped. hope everything goes smooth!
