this new theme is lovely! i especially like the way the text headers follow the cursor, i love that trick! mid 2000s web is definitely the best web

Wish I could remember, think at the end of some tutorial it said "Now you need to host it somewhere, try neocities free" and I was like, NAH nothings free but I'll look, after 3 years of paying supporter rank, I was right!

fauux, i found out about his site on tons of other places and then about a bunch of other lain themed sites so then i eventually decided to make my own.

I think I found an article mentioning Neocities when I was looking for free hosting sites like geocities back in early 2014 while studying HTML5/CSS3 tuts..

My younger brother told me about it! I didn't know of any modern free webhosting sites anymore (I used to use geocities, briefly used angelfire, and then nothing for ages!!)

i think i just found it from browsing around online, i thought it was cool and registered my name but didn't do anything till my (former?) friend azamas started making her own site so i decided to finally start mine lol
