going through a lot right now - my moms cancer is possibly spreading after they said they got it all... so she is doing chemo. my cat is in her final days and already showing signs of pre-death. im still grieving the loss of my grandmother and constantly worry im going to lose my mom next. i cant bare anymore loss and death. i know its a part of life and im trying to get through it but its emotionally killing me

Kristin, my thoughts are with you and your family. I feel a strong sense of sympathy but it is overshadowed by the pain you must be feeling that I can't even imagine. There's nothing that I can say that can take that away but I want to say that there is always a better day coming. Now might be the darkest spot for you and it's important to let that out, though. Just keep existing and you'll find you can bare anything
