what i did was start an .xml file via notepad and uploaded it to neocities, and from there i just edit the file whenever i want to update my feed! You can get the jist of the code from my feed here: http://cinni.net/rss.xml

Thank you for the huge collection of sites to go through, i was having a hard time remembering! I take it you were also part of pixelpeach on LJ? I had a few paid pixel memberships at one time, too!
