implemented the ie 6 version of neko (wasn't sure if it'd work before but it does)
ok neko isn't cycling as quickly as x-neko does. i'll figure out how to adjust it later!

it should have most of neko's moves. i might add neko to other pages since implementing it was easier than i thought based on someone's cool coding.
