today's update will be converting all images ive uploaded to this site into .webp files because most of my backlog was images and this slideshow bs is still giving me a headache. i'll work on that more tomorrow

the good news of all this slideshow business is that it's taught me a lot about computers that i didn't know before! a friend recommended libreoffice to me and it's working like a charm. maybe i'll use my proton email as my "official" point of contact. i'm also figuring out comparisons between file formats and apparently .webps don't suck as much as i thought they did—they're very efficient!

the older i get the more technophobic i become because wtaf is this. half an hour and two websites later and i'm still trying to find a file hosting site that doesn't use AI, doesn't use surveillance, and will FUCKING LOAD. is that really so much to ask?? so much for convenience
