Literally me with a few favorite artists who left Neocities and vanished without explanation :'] I wish there was a way to keep on following them out there...
It makes me so sad when they delete the whole site, just because they aren't updating anymore doesn't mean they should let all their hard work disapear like that >:(
oh wow that's me, I've actually been wondering if keeping dead sites would be appropriate... it was their choice to take it down, and i kinda wanna respect that. let them live in peace, going into the next chapter of their life

that's why projects like the wayback machine are awesome. We should archive shit
idk, i think it's worse when someone's site is still up but the way they left things makes me think they died
I mean it's a possibility but often people just move on with their lifes
