I've been on inst*gram 30 days straight and just coming back on here for a few hours is so good for my brain. Its like the difference between having insects crawling into your ears and breathing. Can't wait until I don't have to post there every day anymore

why do u have to post there everyday now? i want to permanently delete my instagram account but have been hesitating for months. i know its right for me, i know that i'm already connected with all the ppl i want to stay connected with without the app, and i know new connections can just view my site or ask for my number, but i just can't let go :(
