hey so uh i don't usually post stuff like this but i'm desperate. i've been shadowbanned on tumblrfor months now and support is just ignoring my tickets asking to resolve the issue (im not even getting a confirmation email that my ticket sent anymore) so if anyone has any tips on how to fix this please let me know bc i do not want to make another tumblr account at this rate

i'm talking i cannot even view the message tab, i cannot comment on posts, my reblogs do not appear in the notes, i can't send or receive asks, etc. it's just incredibly frustrating since i do use tumblr quite a bit.

their support team is really small now....... it took 4-5 months for them to get back to me about my shadowban :(

I'm very sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there have been even more Tumblr staff firings from the period sanji above me is mentioning... I am not feeling optimistic that a help ticket will be seen.

yeah i saw that a lot of people are going through the same thing and some people haven't gotten a response back in nearly a year :( i feel bad for the small staff but it's a shame we're getting wrongfully shadowbanned due to an error in the first place:(
