i saw a toyhouse forum post that said something like "i hate it when a character's 'dislikes' section is just stuff that everyone obviously dislikes" and i totally agree but i also fall victim to this. i hate murder and death and destruction and bad things

i always found that surface-level advice never worked for me. currently trying to feel better about my creative works by telling myself nothing is perfect and i'm just one person... but that doesn't help at all

i haven't made a blog post in a while... every time i try to write one it's either intensely personal or feel like nobody would really care about it. i mean the former makes sense since blogs aren't made to be diaries, but i think i SHOULD be writing about weird topics so i can find my people
