thank you for sharing! I've been wanting to do a project like this for a while but wasn't sure the best way to go about it. If you're interested in other offline tech I would look into meshtastic or meshcore!! not sure which is best yet. It's a way to communicate and "text" totally offline without any reliance on cell towers or internet. It's another project I want to tinker with for when SHTF... lol

Oh yeah I heard of those! From what I recall, Meshcore or another non-Meshtastic protocol is the better one. I gotta try that at some point
